  This apartment complex is located on the outskirts of Playa del Inglés not far from scores of shopping and entertainment venues such as the Gran Chaparral shopping centre. There is a bus stop for the public transport service 400 m from the hotel and the fine-sand beach lies approximately 1.2 km away.
• Facilities
  The building was completely renovated in 1999 and consists of 4 floors with a total of 92 apartments. Guests may take advantage of the pool and garden complex, 24-hour reception, small supermarket and air-conditioned bar with a cosy outdoor terrace. Guests may also take advantage of the hotel's laundry service.
• Rooms
  The tastefully furnished apartments come with a bathroom, a combined living and sleeping room, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV (fee payable), a kitchenette, a safe and a balcony.
