Friendliness was given, you hard-working is to make everything perfect. Is however at the breakfast buffet again failed, because the juice glasses on a stained and verknittertem towels were. The staff went on wishes a, but hotel understand not much.Food well-as heated. Breakfast everyday the same... Italian cuisine and German kitchen there were, but something style. Right specialties with effort you can't serving. Have at least no receive. Only Italian pasta and German home cooking were dishes, the without much effort to cook were-knuckle of pork or duck for example. Just seasoning and in the oven... Up to the cleaning ladies, is the staff very friendly, outgoing and in a good mood.
The staff speaks, Italian, German & English.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired - cleaning staff rude & unhelpful.
For example. Dirty mirror, balcony is not swept, shelves& tables not wiped, as well as the soil is cleaned rarely.
Criticism is taken serious & immediately fulfilled.Breakfast buffet: pastry, butter, jams, honey, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, as well as sausage ( somewhat thick laid out).
Coffee, milk & choco one must itself take, vending machine is available in the breakfast room.

The staff has we (German) only understood, when they wanted!
Complaints were blockaded and information there were not enough, no maps etc.Release during dinner, it also tastes great not.
Each youth hostel is better.
