This hotel is really nice. The check in and out was really fast. At the check in we have got an upgrade for our room so that we had an really huge room with everything we needed. The pool on top of the hotel is really nice specially the view. The rooms are big and clean! We had a tube and a shower and the view to the gardens by the sea. We didn't had the possibly to check the breakfast but anyway I think its so expensive. We would book the hotel again. We have been in many hotels ... all over the world but never before were the staff as nice as this. read hotel review

After a long trip in Asia was our last stop at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. I´ve ordered the Deluxe room but got an upgrade to Premium at the 45th floor. The view was to the ocean site with an amazing view to Singapore garden. Just 12 floors we were away from the infinity pool. The bathroom was really really big and clean. The service was friendly, helpful and quick. The drinks at the pool area are not cheap. One bottle of beer 14 S$. What I didn´t like were the many children at the pool. It was really loud ... and annoying. The infinity pool is just a relaxing area and not a playground. Further there were no regulations to take a shower before enter the pool. read hotel review

Singapore has changed but not extremely since I was there 22 years ago. It remained clean, green, good arranged and perfect in everything. The Marina Bay Sands hotel which I and my friend (by the way her name Marina as well) chose for our stay is wonderful. Some guests mention that it is crowded and I have just read one lady's comment saying 'massentourismus' and my opinion is that anyone booking a huge hotel like Marina Bay Sands must assume that there won't be a few people and a relaxing atmosphere in a building.no wait. three buildings with I ... suppose more than 2000 rooms. The pool and Jacuzzi area on the 57 floor were gorgeous, the view from there is just stunning and breath taking. The pool is open from 6 a.m to 11 p.m and there is always space for swimming in it. My advice on the time for nice pics is the sunrise when it is empty. We celebrated my friend's 25th anniversary and asked to provide us a room on the higher floor on our arrival so we got a room on the 48th floor without any additional arguing or begging. Special thanks to Mrs Lee or Lea (sorry we could not remember the name) at the registration desk. We have got a complimentary ice bucket for our champagne (we never hesitated to call the guest services with various requests which were met without delays) and a tasty cake for my friend. The room itself was huge, featured all necessary facilities. We enjoyed our staying and I definitely recommend the hotel to those who want to feel on the top of the world! read hotel review

More than a hotel: a tourist attraction!

This is not only an excellent hotel but a tourist attraction in itself. I regret only spending one night here since there’s much to do. I will never, ever forget the moment when I entered the room and the drapes automatically opened showing the outstanding view of Singapore skyline. The rooms was very ample and the bathroom very, very luxurious. And of course, there’s the rooftop pool. It is truly an unparalleled experience to dive in and having the feeling that you will “fly” into the city below. I can’t stress enough how wonderful and unique this pool is. This ... should be experienced by all people at least once in their life. The hot whirlpools close the pool are also a nice addition. The gym is also very good. I strongly recommend staying in Marina Bay Sands and to choose a city view high floor room. The extra money spent will be worthwhile! read hotel review

The best hotel in Singapore

We stayed at this hotel in November, '14. We were in Singapore for two days and spent a night there. This is absolutely a must hotel to stay at. At $400 a night it is pretty expensive but if you are visiting Singapore you must spend at least one night there. The access to infinity pool alone is worth the price of the reservation! The world's largest rooftop pool is spanning across three hotel towers and opens a spectacular view on Singapore Skyline. My only regret is that we didn't splurge more and didn't book a Club Room that would ... also provide an access to the lounge by the pool area. There are also two jacuzzi style hot tubs across from the pool that came quite helpful as the weather during our first day was rather chilly and rainy. You can also access complimentary sauna from the rooftop. For those that love to gamble there's a Casino downstairs and adjacent to the hotel there's a shopping mall with about 250 high end luxury stores. The food court on the lower level of the mall features various Asian cuisines and surprisingly inexpensive. There's a museum on top level of the mall (with a paid admission). Getting around Singapore from the hotel is pretty easy. There's an MRT station right at the hotel on the lower level by the Casino. You can even take it to the airport on the way back, definitely cheaper then a taxi and not too much hassle at all. Getting to the hotel from the airport you can take a shared shuttle that brings you right to the entrance of the hotel. The hotel staff was really great. We had a 5 hour flight delay and took a late night flight from Hong Kong and arrived at the hotel at 8am. (Thank you, United. It actually worked out for the better since we were able to cancel a one night award stay we booked at another hotel just so we could get some rest since we were originally scheduled to arrive at around 2am). We were hoping to check in and just leave our suitcase with the bell captain. But instead after the receptionist heard our flight delay story she checked us in, gave us keys to our room and told us to go get some rest. This was EXTREMELY nice for her to do that. I would love to go back to that hotel if we ever travel to or through Singapore again in the future. One more thing, even if you don't stay there it's worth visiting hotel's Sky Park located on the rooftop next to the pool for the spectacular view of the city. read hotel review

Great Iconic Hotel Building

The lobby area is huge. They have 2 reception areas at the front and at the back. I actually felt like it was a shopping mall instead of a hotel. Too big to provide a personal service to the guests. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to come up to the Panoramic restaurant as I was too busy with the exhibition. During breakfast, too many people passing around. So we decided to have breakfast elsewhere. There is small cafe close to the reception in front of building 3. The staff were friendly and recognized me on my next visit. ... For that I rate 6. The room is spacious and clean. However with the price I paid, I was expecting more of service and in-room facilities. The room design is too average. For overall experience I would rate 4. For experiencing an Iconic Hotel in SIngapore, I give 5. Will I come back to stay here? maybe. I think twice. read hotel review

This hotel is on top of a giant mall that expands to many different directions and levels. It's pretty new and clean but has wayyyyy too many people at the lobby and pool area. The club lounge is packed most of the times and gets very noisy. Definitely not an ideal place to be relaxed. read hotel review

This hotel is great mostly for the swimming pool which is amazing. The only thing is that it is twice as expensive as other five star hotels located around the bay. I would say it is ok to stay there for your first visit to Singapore but would recommend staying at other hotels as the value for money id much higher in my opinion.
