We stayed once passing through parque balneario. The hotel has 5 star category and is surely one of the better at the place. The beach located on second row of the beach, by a main road away from the hotel is. Beach quality very well. View of the high rise building, between hotel and beach. The room was big enough, a balcony was not available. The service was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Small pool, loungers and small bar roof with very good view. the hotel is situated on a main road, on the other hand, in the second row to the beach street. From the room I could see the sea, but it had huge blocks of flats. It was the whole night very noisy, somewhere ran air conditioning, from the blocks of flats was the 'life'. The window area was unfortunately only from Einscheibenverglasung. Peace gave it almost. The room room was very large, the bathroom big enough. Ways to counter was plentiful. The two related gtrennt beds very large and good.

The hotel is located in the centre from Santos nearby the beach. The surrounding area is safe (also in the evening) and shopping possibilities (including supermarket), as well as Restaurants are plentiful. Credit cards are widely accepted. The hotel has a nice pool/relaxing on the roof of the hotel. The breakfast is more European (bread/cake/ cold cuts, Cereals, lots of fresh fruit). The front desk understands English, other staff rather less. Laundry/laundry is fine, but it took 24 h, unless you expressly ordered express service. … read more
