Located in walking distance both to the train station and the city centre (10-15min), in the middle of a residential neighbourhood away from the noisy/plastic commerce done to St. Jacob in the centre, this hostal is rather a hotel given the professionalism and functionalability it displays in most of its features experienced, including nice "saloon" rooms for card play, TV, chatting etc. The mattress of our double bed was good by (low) local standards, yet not perfect. very friendly staff. Check-in went fast and smoothly. There were English and Nat. Spanish understood and some words even in German. cleaning of the rooms optimal- complaints we had no. Since we in the morning checked out but only in the evening flew it was not a problem the suitcase in a lockable trunk to leave.nullrooms were newly renovated also the bathroom uS everything very clean. The hotel is located in the centre of Santiago de Compostela, 1 km from its emblematic cathedral and only 10 minutes on foot from the rest of the Old Town. It is also close to many parks and green areas, such as the Parque do Paxonal and the Carlomagno Park, as well as to the university campus. The railway station is barely 600 m away and Santiago de Compostela Airport is just 15 km from the hotel.
