This hotel is located in the tourist area of Acapulco, directly on the beach of Condesa. The centre features many shops and entertainment venues and is a few minutes' walk away. The famous nightclubs and discos of the town are also within easy walking distance and there is a stop for the public transport to be found about 50 m from the hotel.

This beach hotel was renovated in 2006. The hotel comprises a total of 18 floors with 430 rooms. 2 restaurants and 4 bars invite guests to taste the best typical Mexican cuisine, delicious dishes and a great variety of refreshing drinks and cocktails. In addition, there is a drugstore and tobacco shop, boutiques, a beauty salon, a games room, a travel agency and a 24-hour medical service. Self-service parking facilities are also available. The hotel offers meeting and banquet rooms with a capacity of between 20 and 800 people.

The spacious rooms come with an en suite bathroom including bath/shower, toilet and hairdryer as well as a balcony with a partial sea view. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and air conditioning (individually regulated).
