The hotel is ok, however...

The hotel is not really in Rio, but about 20 (without traffic) or about 60 minutes from 'Rio' (Copacabana, sugarloaf mountain, Leblon, etc.) Away. Nevertheless is the beach in front of the hotel very nice and not too crowded. Guests get chairs and sunscreens free set up (number of is however limited). There are next door a nice pizzeria (fratelli) and small, delicious restaurants. In the evenings you can a whole while outside on the beach promenade hinge, but much is not the matter...
