Hotel Sunland Resort Kemer & Spa in Kemer was found in good condition by Edgar. The restaurants and bars around the hotel were very mediocre if not bad. There were some mediocre shopping options near the hotel. Checking-in to the hotel was handled well. The hotel´s staff handled the complaints effectively. The hotel appeared to have given considerable thought to diversifying its food and beverage offerings. The atmosphere and the furnishings in the dining and bar areas were above average. Again: the worst hotel I've been ever! Hotel's stuff talks only in Turkey and Russian?! Me and my friends paid for "all included" package, but find out that “all included” package does not include the mini-bar in the room, games room, the hotel bar (that was closed during our whole vacation). The internet site of the hotel offer two restaurants, beside the dining room, but as we found out, one the restaurants was closed, and for the second one we need to reserve like a week ahead!
