Das Personal an Reception und im Service überzeugte ohne Ausnahme. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass sich die Besitzerfamilie sehr um die Ausbildung junger Arbeitskräfte bemüht. Es herrscht im Haus eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, was Ausdruck der Art des Umgangs zwischen Direktion und Personal sowie unter dem Personal selber ist. Wir hörten nie ein gehässiges Wort, allenfalls nötige Kritik an Mitarbeitenden wurde abseits der Gästeräume vorgebracht, was uns Mitglieder des Personals im Gespräch als sehr positiv schilderten.
