The staff is insignificant and somehow ' unfriendly friendly'. All in normal clothes, no uniforms... Beds are not invitingly made up. Sheets do not fit completely in the mattresses (in small single room). On the bed frame some indefinable liquids have run down it and dried out. There are stains all over the wallpaper. The mini bar was not chilled and some the furniture was broken. Curtains were even torn. The furnishings are not the nicest... The bathroom is OK, but the floor looked like it hadn't been scrubbed, the bath and shower curtain are not 4 star standard! I … read more

I am really happened like in the wrong movie... Short trip to Frankfurt, quick view of the hrs. And for a 4 * House 50 €centrally located in Frankfurt found...
Where do I start and where do I stop? We make it short: About the hotel is bad, for the standard. The hotel is not even a 3 star level on, but rather that 2 *. Unfriendly reception (Beware!), smelly room, poor breakfast more than 'buffet'... I can only urge you not to anyone staying here! … read more

For four stars (!) you can expect more clearly. Hotel 3-star not even Katageorie. Parking bad and because of the middle location to the train station too expensive. Breakfast was very bad! … read more
