This quite new hotel seems to be an unexpected thing in a non-renovated, authentic district of lovely Riga. It's called Maskachka - the name comes from Moscow. While walking here from the Central Market you can meet local citizens who have nothing in common with people in the downtown. Don't be afraid. The Riverside Hotel is located in a quiet and calm district in the centre of Riga. It takes just 15 minutes by bus to get to the airport, just 5 minutes to get to the central train station and 7 minutes to the passenger harbour.
