The hotel is rather large and despite the renovation a bit outdated now. But it seems all functional and in a good more or less condition. The wireless internet was useless, very slow connection. Well renovated hotel, construction was overwhelming outside by the bulkiness. Inside well designed, well maintained. When we am29 dezemberankamen clearly older crowd, then from 2.1. younger. Free internet only in the reception area! read hotel review

    Halbpensionrestaurant is well divided, there is a bar in the reception and in the ground floor, here then events. The food in the context of the half-board was good and fresh. In the Kulinarium we experienced, although much advertising is, unfortunately a disastrous flop. Much you can save your money! The pool bar is well designed, but also here essensmäßig mediocre. Service also here very friendly and fast.

    Wellness department: cosmetics good, otherwise no assessment possible. The pool was pleasant temperature, the garden was very well-kept. Beach chairs comfortable and adequate.

    Nice big rooms, large furnished balcony with a great view. Bathroom without ventilation, only bathtub with shower, doors or bad closing. With the elevator, there were no problems. Tv is a bit clumsy appropriate. Large problem we had at check in, as it in the room after drains stank. The problem is apparently well-known, the place smells sometimes sunday Could only on the next day be changed. Whatever has been done, it was then ok.

    Overall the food was satisfactory. Similar to dinner we would have liked for breakfast instead of canned fruit more offers of fresh fruit desired. The themed evenings and the director dinner were very good, otherwise there was many repetitions. The main restaurant was very crowded and noisy, although the hotel was not fully booked. The outdoor terrace has the charm of carports for trucks, carelessly, cold and windy, 2 fire are simply too little. We have 5 times in morro to evening ate.

    Depending on the department and people, the service was very different. The best have the front desk and housekeeping truncated, followed by the bar salon in particular the senora with aufenthaltserfahrungen in the Switzerland. The worst was the service in the main restaurant: unpleasant was the loud organ and the very ruppige type a female waitress, the also only friendly to the repeatern was. Some male employee ignored the clearing completely and left it rather their female colleagues. During the dinner was in an area of the restaurant partly very loud again for dinner the next day long, as this area then has been blocked. Although our room was not near the main restaurant was, we were on a few days already around 7:00 a. m. in the morning by very loud setting/slamming of the plates and cups woke us up.

    Here there is a pleasing entertainment in the fields of groupfitness with very small surface, were positive activities such as yoga already around 8:30 a. m.. What did not work, are bingo afternoons, reminiscent of bad homes for the elderly and one asks oneself, which view of the management of seniors has? Great were the commitment of external as mr.. Rudolph and the soulsisters and divine. An absolute no-go the undertow. Tanzbands as akord : no presentation, no charisma, zero-bock with the playing of great kamellen.

    The rooms are very large, modern and well-equipped: Laminate flooring, coffee/tea making facilities (but regular be entkalkt should), safe €3 2.00 for 2 weeks, bathrobes, good hair dryer, comfortable beach chairs on the terrace with cushions, tv, couch, mini bar and writing desk. An absolute absolute plus: the distorting mirror laugh! , caution slim people, this mirror made you square.

    The hotel is located directly on the sea in morro de Jable with good shopping possibilities but you should be able to walk well, for going and humans limited hotel and place is not suitable. In the place some nice taverns, as the venue for überwinternde mostly german retirees used. Annoying are the for more than 10 years constantly changing dauerbaustellen in morro, an end is not in sight!

It was our 2nd time in this hotel. The food lacked taste. This is unfortunately so in most hotels on the Canary Islands. Wireless and the safe should be included for free. Except for one exception, the service was great. read hotel review
