Great, never had to wait long for any requestRoom nice and clean. Not used to the toilet in a seperate room.Hotel sits uniquely located to view valley below beautiful shops. The restaurant was perfect size, great service and more importantly, the food superb. Just like home made, with wonderful surgery broth soups daily, great when you are freezing. Friendly and helpful service in the restaurant otherwise rather bad. The receptionist seemed very incompetent and the staff in the café speaks partially even german (in Austria!)
Only the foreign lady is also very friendly and greet you always.
The only english-speaking waitress in the café weismayr was found is eternally and also straight is not the friendliness in person. I ordered tea and got a dirty cup and asked it to complain about. She took the cup and went without apology fort. Then came a new cup, but again was dirty, which only noticed, as it has given me. At the … read more

Hardly discreet.A matter of taste. For me not even too much with 3 stars to do.Destroyed facilities, dirty and freezing cold.Rooms in bad condition.
Window leaky (had well-dressed sleep!)
Bath tub was very dirty and no curtain.
Bathroom and toilet hardly any detergents, seen.
