The staff the lobby was very friendly and speedily. The staff in the restaurant was very mediocre. There were a lot of small mistake ( sneaker, greasy hair, drinks with the serving buried and not apologetic and dreadful, from the left serves, cutlery incorrect and partly not available, no neat language, complaint with 'okay' received rather than to appologize and a alternative to offer), the total and a more than poor impression left.The restaurant was clean. At best location directly on the Thunersee location. Ship and bus station in next proximity. Thus not only for drivers. Food always excellent. The hotel is in every aspect recommendable nonetheless. … read more

Our stay at the hotel was just great. We had the biggest balcony in the house, Zi .108. Absolutely fantastic the view of the mountains and the lake. A swimming pier on the hotel was booked by US actively used with the cold but also a beautiful clean water. We ate breakfast on the terrace, just fantastic. The next time we will book half board.
