The entire hotel staff were always very friendly and willing to help.
In the hotel all spoke employees English, German only a couple which for us was not bad.
Our room was every day thorough and cleaned quickly, we got fresh towels and a new blanket.
Visits and child care we didn't need it and the dealing with complaints we can't say, because we didn't have any.First once an update to the previous reviews: there was now also for dinner a buffet and no à la carte food.

The hotel is small but nice. The hotel owners are very friendly and helpful. I drive in the summer 2012 with my children for the fourth time then and the hotel is always better. I go now for the tenth time after Cattolica and the hotel panorama is for me the number 1. … read more
