The front desk the resort was very unfriendly and we had to wait for hours, until the resort to the hotel check out. In the hotel everything was so much better. Although it could none german, but we did everything with our little english mastered. Room service was alright, what disturbed us was, that there was no toilet brushes gave. Already amusing.In this area there were plenty of bars and restaurants. The food was tasty and varied. Hotel top!
Beach fantastic. Disturbing only the constant music from the speakers. And one had to say we are no old people, but a few at the end of 20.
Bad service. Unless one spoke russian. With english one comes only slow progress.

Unfortunately you feel as ressortbewohner as a guest 2. class (no meal in the main building)
Food in the restaurant was all right, fish very good
Size of the plastic cup for the beverages by the pool/beach with 0.1 litre ridiculously small (to statement staff next year larger beaker)
Staff has mostly on simple english
Facilities was clean and tidy
Room decor however simply furnished and a bit shabby
Tv-front desk with only two german speaking channels; free safe;
The period occupancy with about 80% russian speaking guests, little contact other guests … read more

Except for the russians, they make much broken (corals and the behavior of them impossible), there is lots to do. The plates full and half remains is possible. And what the staff at is hm lots of patience just bring your own. … read more

The Sheraton it is not in the same league as the Hyatt or the Ritz-Carlton. It is rather a hotel for package tourists. In this category plays the hotel but certainly in the first league. Firstly, the hotel from a body, the actual hotel. To the other from lots of small houses, the so-called Villenteil. The better rooms are located in the body. During my stay the whole Villenteil for rennovation closed.
