An ageing hotel in a good location the old, such as Neustadt from Nizza. The beach is 15 minutes away on foot walk away and the old town in 8 minutes to reach. By the surrounding streets the hotel is very noisy. Breakfast is extensive, but for conferences and congestion too small. The dinner in the hotel is monotonous and bland. Unfortunately the coffee was for breakfast not for drinking, egg cookers broken, toaster broken, The free area were for breakfast 2 NESPRESSO machines were set up but broken, For breakfast you had to longer wait until refilled, although the occupation of the staff with About 4a 5 persons very high. Assuming the a breakfast when it is not a blanket up to 15 euros per person costs, it is the never ever value! In the room was the carpet dirty and was in the 3 days not vacuumed.
