We were with our family for the 2. time in this hotel in a row. We everybody was satisfied and we will definitely come back to this hotel, because we know what to expect. Of course you must always keep in mind, it is Egypt and not Europa. However this hotel where a german manager, the is always on site. And all of them try to make you feel good. On the way there we only 2 hours waited until our room key got. When entering the room, we had to find out, that it is extremely dirty. Everywhere hairs even in bed and even in the fridge, really disgusting. Then we the beds closer and is almost gone bad, because the sheets were full of schweißflecken, holes and even blood stains were it. Thereupon we could the room change. Saraya is an ideal place to have your honeymoon , at the begininng we got a nice room overlooking the pool and great welcome from the reception team; we got early check in with very good room amenitie service staff were very hospitable we will come back sure in our second anniversary read hotel review

Everything was excellent, waiter Salama, Ashraf. Everyone was friendly, well-kept hotel although older furniture. The beach is a bit far from the hotel. Worst experience - RECEPTION. They told the customers that the hotel don´t get money from a travel agency, it is an unacceptable. The reception is the weakest point of the hotel. This bad experience is the reason that I will never returned to this hotel. read hotel review

We were the first time in Egypt and it was simply wonderful. We liked very well the hotel. The rooms were big and very clean. At the buffet there was a lot of choice, there was something for everyone. The food was super delicous. Also, the staff was very friendly. Especially we liked very much the animation team. The programs were extensive, you had a good, funny and exciting entertainment in the moring, afternoon and evening. The animators are all very friendly and funny. We love Helen and Anastasiya. ♡ We definitely make again vacation there. read hotel review

Vacationing with a friend in hotel Jaz Makadi Saraya in June 2015 for the first time on the recommendation of our friends, who for the sixth time returning to this hotel. On arrival at the hotel at the reception we were greeted with smiles like old friends and seated at the tables, brought cold hibiscus tea, then within a few minutes brought the envelope containing the keys with the room number, cards for towels, cards at the Waterpark, the password for wi-fi and voucher for free visit to one of the four restaurants a La card. In other hotels we ... so quickly have not participated in this). We lived in a very good room - go straight out of the pool, go to the left you will come to a small pool, go right to the restaurant. And the next day we met with the animation team who entertained guests on the beach, by the pool and evening shows. Without them it would be very boring! Guests are offered a choice of different games on the beach - bocce, volleyball, modeling of the sand, the pool - water aerobics, table tennis, water Polo, limbo, swimming speed, Darts, aerobics, step-aerobics, learning different dances - salsa, cha-cha-cha, bachata the best dancers animation team Mr. Panda and MIS Oksana. In the evening guests were entertained by a children's animation and the various programs evening entertainment - the animation team dancing, fakir show, fire show, belly dance, dance skirts, show Mr. Makadi, karaoke, dancing to live music - every day something new. Loved the professionalism of the animation team, and their dances they performed were beyond praise!!! Best dancers-professionals Mido - head of the animation team, Mr. Panda and MIS Oksana. In addition the hotel competitions were held and winners were chosen in different games and then the Olympic games took place every Monday between 5 hotels in Madinat and rewarding the Champions with medals and diplomas. When we left our hotel it was already 3 Cup and he won the 1st place among all hotels in Madinat for a long time. Thank you to all the animation team for the great time of our stay. Our family (children 14, 4 and 2 years) lived in a family room in 1245 from 16 to 06.30.2015 in the hotel JAZ MAKADI SARAYA.The hotel makes a good impression in general. However, there are many little things that spoil the mood. Room did not change - I'm not fussy.The restaurant has plenty of room for everyone, queues minimal. read hotel review

    The hotel is located on the second line. Go to the beach far (about 1 km) on foot. Need to get to a beach your hotel, because it is divided. If someone else go to foreign beach, then you will be asked to leave.

    We had a few embarrassing moments in the hotel. Frightened child wakes up from inexplicable blow (worked punch - something repaired). When going to the beach or waiting for the bus must go to the toilet because no toilet close (in the near Shisha Bar WC open from 15:00).Parents with small children will understand me. Waiter will ignore you if you wait in line with the child to take drink. Mr. Mustafa (with reception) considers himself God, so that guests have to praise his otherwise they will be bad and ungrateful.

    The shops keepers are very annoying by asking you to come inside the shop which we don't like as far as we don't need. Also the entertainers was very loud and annoying to us that's why we have to move to the relax pool, the music was very loud during the day and in the evening shows, the animation shows very bad. Pool and beach was so cleaned but some of the sunbeds was dirty.

Some how it was ok, the service was really good thanks to all of them. The reception are excellent thanks to all of them. I want to say something about the animation team I have been in many different hotels and I had very good time with them but with this animation they are the worst animation I have ever seen, They never speak to us, they can passed beside you without saying hello, they walk like kings and queens, and what about their biggest king the chief animation we never saw him during the day just in the evening ..., very poor. Our room was very clean, thanks to Mr. Mahmoud the beach bar service and all others. read hotel review
