On arrival i got the first shock, breakfast costs extra! Unfortunately, we had over telephone the day before where we were not told (85 Euro for the room and 30 Euro for the 'great' breakfast! Further with the arrival in the room, with a baby we were in a smoker's room put (ashtray was at the table). And on the carpet were cigarette burns and all other indefinable marks to see. We were accommodated in this hotel in the the blue lagoon hausbemusterung. In the apron we had the room for another night to extended Wien to look at. The entrance and the signature a little more confused and should be referred to the hotel. It made the impression as if would be the first entrance only for business travellers. At a price of 91 Euro per night i would expect a car park in front of the hotel! This was however liable to pay the costs, even though the parking lot was almost empty! Free parking spaces are located about ... 500m! Far behind the hotel, or at the end of the street. It was a disgrace for such prices for the parking across the street to ask for money! Hardly been adopted our reservation not to find. It took about 15 minutes to clarify first. Accompany a zimmertrakt would be appropriate to the elevator or the lack of signs on every door and notausgangsschildern urgently recommended! The price-performance ratio is under all sow! For almost 100 Euro i expect both a free car park as i said in acceptable proximity as well as a larger tv (we had a very small tv tubes) and a free mini bar! Positive is to mention that, the room was large and clean. At breakfast, there was enough choice and very friendly service! One should take this as an example for other areas! read hotel review

Never again! Frustration pur! Actually were three relaxing days planned with relaxing in the spa. Forget. No music, no good perfume somewhere, cold water in the tub, no guests, no bar for snacks to refresh, simply nothing. The reviews of other guests unfortunately only in hindsight read and found, that by the side of the hotel, only empty promises are made, in relation to changes. I can wellnesshungrigen guests only dissuade ago. I also have a small suggestion. The housekeeping staff a cleaner available, not in whole gangabschnitten after vinegar stinks! Awful! Also with the breakfast there were many flaws. ... Long wait for bread or rolls, were not refilled. Tables were not cleared.     Already in the hallway suspected i have bad, because the carpet was fully totally dirty and worn. When i first opened, as have met the shock. A 'dirty' carpet, old furniture, not just a small crt tv, but an ancient crt tv. Worn fixtures, etc. After complaining i received a new room on the executive floor. According to the reception this floor completely renovated. The sticky carpet in the hallway is a pvc soil in laminatoptik disappeared. Full of expectations i opened the room door and saw: the same room, which i had lodged a complaint! On closer inspection i then though, that some details different were: there was a flat screen tv, most of the old fixtures are new disappeared (the old tiles still was available). A small and hardly bemerkbarer difference! And should 15,00 Euro cost justified?

We stayed in the a star hotel in Austria have never experienced something like that! Mass a coach party without charm and friendliness! We felt, as if one would be a 2 class. This began with the worse rooms and heard very poor breakfast! The coach party were in worse rooms! Stains on the floor, stains from kopfabdrücken behind the bed, a hair dryer in the bathroom, which already the 2. world war is absurd! The shower old shower curtain, which star hotel has in his bathroom a shower curtain? The breakfast were the busgäste to a breakfast buffet run ..., which for a 4 star hotel in Austria an insolence was! Cleanliness none, no choice, cold food. Other guests got a better breakfast served! I think, if you go for a 4 star hotel decided, you should also this standard, no matter, if you are a bus group travels or as businessman travels! The staff seemed carelessly, unfriendly busy. We were with a wedding couple there, which in Wien got married. The couple received no flowers in the marriage in the room or no free upgrage to a better room! I think weak from the management! Service at the bar under each sow. If you 20 minutes on a drinks have to wait, passed by the desire to drink! The only saving grace of the hotel is the spa. This was ok, however nothing more! Looking for the spa towels to borrow, we met at the gym on a staff, where we finally got towels! And now it comes! We had never experienced something like that! For a double room with 2 adults, there were only 1 towel! For the other you had to 1 €and the cash! Unbelievable! 1 € what the management thinks, which i didn't, but we thought it was a joke (the management of the hotel is under turkish leadership, perhaps it?) The hotel is actually located a little outside of vienna (vösendorf) with public means of transport it is however not a problem about minutes to the center to drive! This hotel we could unfortunately do not further-recommend! It is in Austria not 4 stars! read hotel review

Dated hotel, the most rooms and the general areas have partly historic flair. (old wicker furniture, spiegelwände...) Many groups of young people are often for noise during the whole night, otherwise it would be the location quiet. Some rooms have been renovated, they are definitely to prefer. Breakfast however is good and sufficient. Hotel lives apparently from the large seminar area and the associated guests, or by groups of young people. You should be in the property really even a larger sum to invest. read hotel review

The hotel has rooms, the very good and modernly furnished are, unfortunately but also a wing, where the rooms not really so are modern. So it pays attention to it, the modern renovated to get. The hotel is more something for business, although there is a great pool. However i as guests always only businessmen, and i saw many groups from Italy, Japan and the USA. This takes sometimes a little a jugendherbergscharackter with itself. Breakfast is brilliant, enough selection and fresh egg dishes you can make. read hotel review

Very unfriendly staff at the reception on the day of arrival. Parking fees an isolence: pp is in the open and costs per hour 1 Euro or maximum per day. But if you on the day the pp left it is again and again new. The mattresses were so that the springs rauskramen! One had from 2 different rooms 2 passable mattresses procure. For persomangel had my husband with! The 'pool area' just looks on the half board good. Everything was very old and not recommendable. Was our first and last time in this hotel. read hotel review

Already for the 2. time at booking of which spoken, that the hotel room bar pay and the credit card only as a guarantee is led and every time, if i bar pay wanted was called it, that already been charged! read hotel review

Further we had a double room booked, but we got a 2 bed room, we could the beds although together but at night went the beds again apart and ... our baby was in the middle in a crack between the two beds. Also i expect from a 4 star hotel a elevating shower and that after showering not the whole bathroom underwater stands. Parking: if you need to be empty, or no longer need is this free parking for certain the best place for all rid. Unlit, unsecured and unacceptable! We prefer to stay at the other parking place, the 10 Euro we reluctantly paid, although they also the parking lot on the lawn could have been, and thus again free could have been. Again for breakfast - so for 15 per person is a very bad choice and quality. If i would have known i would go with IKEA breakfast (5 minutes away from the hotel). If 5 Euro mood pay i would with us in Salzburg the hangar 7 with very good quality and rich spoiled. I will not book this hotel again and am not angry, i will take this with humor and stemple it as practical value from! read hotel review
