We rent an appartment in the Palia Don Pedro from a local estate agent.We have had many holidays at this Aparthotel. This is a ** Hotel, with very reasonable costs, where you can have full board accomodation, which includes a very good variety of buffet type meals, with a caraf of white or red wine. there are free drinks from the bar and drinks from the bar. Location
Located at the south of Tenerife, 12 km from Playa de Las Américas (with a bus stop only 500 m away), this hotel is built in the middle of a volcanic landscape near Las Galletas, profiting from the sunniest area of the island where tropical vegetation and desert landscapes meet. It is situated in a large and splendid 3.5-hectare park in Costa del Silencio. It is 1.5 km from the pebble beach and approximately 1 km from the small village of Las Galletas.
Facilities
Built in 1970 and renovated in 2008, the hotel is situated amidst 35,000 m² of gardens. A total of 128 apartments are available on 2 floors. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a TV room. The hotel offers its own international buffet restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service.
Rooms
The 128 studios or apartments are distributed in small 2-storeyed buildings (without elevator), built with respect to the local architectural style. They include a complete bathroom, kitchenette, a telephone, terrace or balcony and safety deposit box (with extra charge).
Sports/Entertainment
The entertainment team offers guests a sports activities programme during the day. In evening they organize shows, themed evenings, sketches, dances, games, bingo and competitions. During the school holidays a mini-club for children from 4 to 12 years is available, where they will be received by their mascot Pali the frog. The complex features a pool and a sun terrace with free sun loungers and parasols.
