Very attentive and friendly staff, Partly German speaking, with English one gets along very well.Wonderful extensive hotel with completely sea view, very good food and pleasant atmosphere. The house is clean, eini little run-down however that didn't bother us. The guests were at this time mainly russians, very few German and no austrians. The house is for families with small children very suitable.Good but lukewarm food, a microwave oven is available. The bulgariuschen food are very recommendable. The food was varied but mostly only lukewarm. Actually very nice pool-complex was strong from bird droppings many on the complex ( balcony etc.) nistenden swallows polluted. For a nature reserve understandable, but nevertheless unpleasant. The 2. beach area was in the pre-season not usable (no transfer, no loungers, no bar ).
