So much friendliness, zuvorkommniss and nevertheless discreet restraint we have in no other hotel seen! The dog always be extra treat and all our extra wishes were always immediately with a smile and a 'very good' fulfilled, that's what we call service!1+
The reception was efficient and very nice, the check in worked without a hitch, we even have a extra key in case the dog at night in front of the door is...A dinner in the stars restaurant: we must say, the star it deserves! Great, it has terrible squeaked. Similarly the hair dryer be improved.
Breakfast was in a good quality and sufficient. A wide choice of fruit/ vegetables,
Muesli, rolls etc.. Sausage and cheese not in a large number but great quality.

For a day trip we were in wirsberg and wanted ah's cuisine. The room was - na ja. As we were told it was one of the few non-renovated (the red) rooms. It was a bit shabby. The quality the bed, however, was without any complaint. Why, however, we this room got, although only two night guests were there? But no matter-we had a wonderful evening, an excellent menu (regionally with the famous schiefertrüffeln ) the-very spacious-wines and a amazing service.
