In the hotel you always felt safe and well cared for. The only negative is, as almost everywhere in Rio, the the least speak english. To date, I have no bill-they have the right but like charged charged. The room are big, big, nice bathroom, large beds and windows so the sound proof the one has absolute peace and quiet. Unfortunate is only the Internet quite expensive (15, -per 24 hour ) and the air conditioning is unsatisfactory and noisy. Breakfast is including and spacious. We were very disappointed with some conditions during our stay. Our room was worn and smaller than the cabin on the cruise ship. One could go to two times not to go past the bed and hardly turn around. The cleanliness was only superficially available.
