We were very satisfied overall. Of course, the cleanliness not make the German standard, but it is completely reasonable. You just a little change and already one will become well treated. Never were 2 weeks on vacation as a eternity. Nothing except disappointment. Everything Dated, a lot broken. The food uS did not taste, there was 2 weeks Rice, no selection! Restaurant very dirty, no Deutscgkenntnisse with the staff, little English, but Russian! 85 per cent Russian guests. Never again this hotel! … read more

We stayed in Palma de Mirette for 10 days and had a wonderful time. We got a great room overlooking the garden, with all-inclusive plan. Stuff in this hotel is very friendly and helpful, especially Mahmoud from restaurant and Jason and Maria from animation team. We would definitely come back to this hotel! … read more
