Very nice hotel with very endeavored and polite staff, especially in the restaurant and in the bars. Here once again a special thanks to Mahmoud h., Osama, moustafa, a. shbeny and the other waiters. Never were 2 weeks on vacation as a eternity. Nothing except disappointment. Everything Dated, a lot broken. The food uS did not taste, there was 2 weeks Rice, no selection! i was in the hotel and this hotel have very good service the food was delicious i like the day activities from the Animation team it was very fun Volleyball every day in the morning on the beach and at evening program with the super animator Super Mario really you are talented and funny and i enjoyed my stay in the hotel because of you and also for sure the rest of the team guys you all doing great job and i will come back again to Palma De Mirette, And i don't want forget to thank all the Management ... and the Guest Relation Crew about the good job. read hotel review

We rested with my daughter in a hotel on 09/26/2015 - 10/16/2015. (room 1221). There were not the first time. We arrived at the hotel late, after 22.00. Despite the late time, we had a dinner. Then quickly settled into a room. Rooms are clean, comfortable, all electronics work well, such as television, air conditioning, shower, refrigerator, hair dryer. If something breaks down, it is replaced at the first request. Beach: All the beds are new. Towels every day was clean, wash. And the fact that towels are in spots, it's vacationers themselves to blame, because for eating and ... drinking on the beach equipped with a special area with tables and chairs. Garbage from the beach (brought by wind and water from a nearby public beach) are cleaned constantly throughout the day. Pool: clean. There is special shallow and safe pool for young children. Of course, under the adult supervision. Guest relation: Valeria helping guests with any questions which have been solved very quickly. She helped me a lot during my stay. Lera is always friendly, smiling. Thank you!) I also want to say “thank you” to Guest relation of El Palacio Lara, who also helped me personally on some issues of our hotel. Restaurant: Thank you to the manager Mr. Ahmed personally from me! The restaurant food is fresh, delicious, great choice of fruits, pastries. Plates and glasses are clean, everything is in order. Exelent stuff and quality control. Bar: on issues of bar helped me manager Mr. Abd. From me personally thank to him! All bars have always been a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. If something is over, it was quickly brought from the hold. Also a special thank you from me managers Mr. Ehab and Mr. Yasser. They helped me a lot, providing all information about the restaurant, bar as well as on economic questions of hotel, and solving even minor issues. We had a nice stay at a good hotel. We were however not impressed by the cleaning on the toilets in the reception and the restaurant. Most impressed were we by Mr. M. H. in the restaurant. His service and kindness was incredible good. He was so kind to all of us and his service was fantastic. Also Mr. Ahmed A. in the Lobby bar was fantastic. read hotel review

    In the main restaurant our waiter M / Housny gave us an excellent service every day, both morning and evening. It was only because of him we came in the restaurant. In the beach bar the service was very bad, the waiters did not have focus on the customer e.g. one afternoon at 4.00 there was no beer, and after waiting more than one hour we still got no beer served

We had a nice week at Palma de Mirette with a friendly staff - especially our waiter in the restaurant made a difference. Mr. M. Housny was a very nice guy who tried to make us feel as good as possible - he was very helpful and service minded. If we should go back to the hotel again on holiday we for sure would like him to be our waiter! read hotel review

Good afternoon! Were at the hotel with the wife for the first time and really enjoyed it. Check in at the reception was fast, around 10 minutes. We got the room at the second floor №1203. Its a little nit far from the reception, but it did not bother us.Red sea is wonderful. Its something amazing. Food was variety enough and the most important tasty. Pancakes was delicious. Bar on the beach was working all day, there is always something to drink and another poolside bar. There is a disco, so you will not get bored. Animation is ok ..., everywhere spouse participated, my wife liked it very much, for the children every morning program was changing. Internet is extra charge $ 2 for 30 minutes Wi Fi. Beach normal, stones are laid out only on the sides. Everything was OK. You can swim with a mask there is a bridge in the sea,but there are really not a lot of fish. Staff was friendly enough. We got so much hekp from the guest relation. Thanks a lot. The hotel has a lot of of shops, all what you need you can buy to buy there and you dont need to go out. Holiday was a success for the money which we paid, really very good. read hotel review

Just returned from the palma de mirette, but suddenly we're just 4 days, but it was wonderful, really. Hotel is for quite relaxing holiday, super conditions for the kids including the kids club and play ground. Helpful staff, we were always welcome. Food is ok, typical Egyptian standart, but tasty At our anniversary we went to A la cart restaurant Super!!!! But make reservation 1 day before with guest relation marina and be sure that you will have 50 % discount. Had a wonderful evening, thanks for all the staff who served there.
