In the Hotel Gappen it concerns a typically Austrian country hotel in the positive Sense. We had a very tasteful renovated room with a new bath. The value for money was good. One was also special wishes open (bouquet of flowers for my birthday on breakfast table). The staff were constantly very friendly. The breakfast was in the usual framework, but also in addition fresh fruit. To the half board from 2 dishes be selected. Especially it was good that the Alpbachcard included in the price was. … read more

Actually a beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Large Deduction nevertheless for all bathroom: Neither air ventilation yet window. This is a disgrace to be! Bath tubs without shower curtain and without holding shower head make an express wash without the bathroom to flood a champion role, not free there are reductions in the badezimmermitte!
In the restaurant they were with our great group (> 40 people) completely overstrained. You can enjoy long ' droughts' set.
