Nice city hotel in a central location (as the crow flies approximately 500 meters the burj khalifa) and direct access to the metro (station ' finanicial center').
We had booked accommodation with breakfast, which also really good and varied was. The waiters were always ready to help if something was needed and it was always a free spot.
The rooms were big and with a great view towards the sea. Only the bathroom was a bit small and already a bit run down with here and there a Macke that didn't bother us any further however.

Car parking-is only with much kurbelei and bribe
Check in took 25 minutes, although reserved and paid for.
Luggage service: non-existent. Only english and arabic.
Elevators: there were 6, but there were mostly only 2 active, then also only with ' chauffeur ', that means 30 people waiting for the elevator. Applies for breakfast (46 floor) so at least 20-30 minutes per day for the wait for a elevator go west. (3 restaurants, the one must seek)
Room : large enough with a kitchen. Sugar too old, tea. Although non-smoking rooms, and in the non smoking floor location, stinky room and especially air conditioning … read more

For sightseeing absolutely perfect.
Have only breakfast additionally booked, since we anyway were out for the whole day.
Great restaurant on the the floor with great views of Dubai.
Right on the hotel is the subway station. With this you can reach everything.
Only a metro station ( about 3 minutes) from the dubail mall and the burj khalifa. You must see.

Great hotel in a very good location ( nearby Dubai Mall).
Very attractive breakfast buffet, great selection, delicious.
Pool could be more spacious, but we always vacant chairs received.
Unfortunately long waiting periods at the elevator, but there was really worse things...

The staff were very friendly and most of the staff spoke English.
In the lobby there were during the day always a bowl with arabic coffee.
The cleaning of the rooms was fine. , it was missing some towels and the dishes were not wiped, but otherwise there were no problems.The breakfast was somewhat monotonous, 2 sorts of cheese, 3 types of sausage, fruit and vegetables, nuts and so on the coffee needed getting used to, we then coffee in the burette turkish brew leave. The dishes were quickly cleared away, it was clean and the staff were nice.
