A super family-run hotel to relax, fresh eifelluft gas, with (too much) good food and of Tina, the 'boss no 1' on tour make smart to leave. That paints enthusiastical their comprehensive know about volcanos general and the Vulkaneifel in particular.
The boss is extremely welcoming and extremely dedicated, as are all the service very friendly, funny and attentive. Mrs mountain is also wanderführerin and 'animator' and us a visit in the ' erlebnisschmiede knauf' including shuttle service was offered. Definitely recommendable!

As A 'stopover' we chose this hotel- for the price rather an' guest house' expecting. It was a great arrival, very friendly, very in good taste and with much attention to detail designed hotel. The regional issue volcano perfect stylistic implemented. The dinner has all exceeded our expectations- we would the kitchen immediately a star. It was excellent, as well the breakfast buffet. For us it was a perfect night, complemented with friendliness and service. Definitely recommendable. … read more

For a short weekend with a night we chose this hotel, without many requirements to have!
The reception is friendly, exactly like the service and service in the attached restaurant, where the dishes recommendable and also the breakfast no reason to complain there.
The room for this night however was small, with innenliegendem bathroom without windows, accordingly badly aired ( musty odor, also in the room) and even worse with dirty bed sheets. This was of course on our complaint changed, prompted us however no recommendation for this hotel fantastic! … read more

The house's manager is so welcoming and helpful.
Every wish was fulfilled.
The employees are quick and also human great.
We felt very good.There's a restaurant and an economy.
