Although during our stay the oracle jahreskongress in the convention-center party we have, as expected, because of my ambassador card a upgrading to a junior suite.
This was comfortable and spacious, had two sides in full height glazed walls and therefore, since in one of the top floors, a lovely view over the town to the sea.
Because of the congress it was in the hotel very lively and busy, we have neither in our room in the club lounge ( on the 6th floor) it noticed. However were lobby and bar often populated, that we not in the mood felt a … read more

The hotel has a prime location - walking distance of subway line and walking distance to Folsom Street Fair events held in September of each year. Hotel staff are professional and 5 star quality service is provided. The bar in the lobby has late night hours and is a good place to meet other guests and lots of seating space and people tend to lounge in this area. The hotel room aren't over the top and don't really feel like luxury but are clean and fresh. There aren't many elevators so I did spend a lot of … read more

The staff at the reception and at the Valet Parking was very friendly and attentive.nullThe rooms corresponded to a 5 star hotel and were difficult to beat. Everything was very new, very clean, very modern and in good taste.
