Room service you can't complain, the laundry was changed every day and the room was clean. The location is perfect. The vacation altogether was good, was marred only by the absolutely lousy dining room and the over all sizes bad quality of the food. After three try completely in the food in the hotel declined. It also differently goes, shown us the very good offers the surrounding restaurants. When once again here, then only without any contact with the mess of dining room. Already on arrival started my problem at. The bus driver, I am my hotel should serve, I was simply ignored. Although I it said several times had where I get off and I the hotel already itself had seen, it me as last from. Thus I got in the hotel no food more, but only a small Lunchtüte, the for a diabetic was lacking. On the next day I this the travel guide communicated. The hotel is very, very bad, especially the food and the service there. The food is so bad, not even the fries taste, from the fruit you get stomach ache... The cutlery was dirty... Everything really not enjoyable!
The beach is top the area gewöhnungsbedürftig' (very noisy at night) there exactly in the center.
Price there are OK.
For the food you should go ensure that the tables clean and mostly is best, where one not as pushy talked to is.
All in all Bulgaria nice, only the hotel is bloody bad, I think 5 stars you need is already completely comfortable!
