At the front desk i was treated like a guest 3 class. The rooms were very clean and large what i missed a mini bar in the room. The cheeseburger from room service were delicious very quick 10 minutes were already above. The breakfast was under all kanonne i personally didn't like it the orange juice was with water stretched the scrambled eggs has a artificial taste so for 9,90 Euro i would have expected more. … read more

airport hotel in boring area. The hotel is located in a purchaseor office, but not lots to offer has. The restaurant of the hotel is the atmosphere oK, the quality not really. At this hotel we got stranded, because a late flight from Frankfurt with Iberia and in Madrid stranded coming for our flight to Gran Canaria for the next day had to wait... Tryp Diana in Madrid the hotel was in no way the standard of the hotel, which we had booked for our trip (4-Star). The tryp Diana has also officially at four stars, it was fine for this category but not at all, this hotel is more than a two star category. We too large for a unique connection in this, well, 'hotel'... It is on mass processing of Iberia-airline aligned. I thought it was just scary! The food awful, the staff unfriendly, the room tiny, dirty, not even a bed, there were. Only one type of platform. At night loud street noise, sirens, etc. The only positive thing: i got a einmalzahnbürste at the front desk. So for voluntary : stay away from this hotel! … read more

Location
This modern hotel is located approximately 1 km from Madrid Barajas Airport. It offers an exclusive shuttle service (guests should check availability for this service with the hotel) from the hotel to the airport and back and is ideal for business guests and tourists alike. There are excellent connections to the centre of Madrid along the M-30 and M-40 motorways, taking around 15 minutes.
Facilities
The hotel includes a total of 295 rooms spread over 7 floors. The facilities on offer at this air-conditioned hotel include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a café. In addition, a piano bar, transfer service from and to the airport (guests should check availability for this service with the hotel).
