  This luxury hotel is situated directly on a picturesque Plaka, at the heart of the old town of Athens; only a few minutes walk from the Acropolis. An array of shops (within 500 metres), lively bars (within 50 metres), various restaurants (within 50 metres) and Syntagma underground station all lie in the immediate vicinity. The famous sights of Athens, such as Syntagma square and the Parliament as well as the commercial district are all easily reached, being just 3 minutes away on foot. Piraeus Airport lies some 10 km away whilst Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is approximately 35 km from the hotel.
• Facilities
  Built in 1974, this city hotel underwent complete renovation in 2004 and offers a total of 150 rooms spread over 7 floors, of which 16 are singles and 115 are doubles, 9 are junior suites and 10 are suites. The hotel fabulously combines the traditional and aristocratic architecture of the Plaka with luxurious interiors. The hotel’s facilities include a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange, lifts, a café and a bar. There is also an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area, three function rooms with natural daylight, a spacious banquet hall with a maximum capacity of 350 persons and modern technology, public Internet access (for an extra charge), car parking facilities and a modern garage space for about 120 cars (additional fee payable).
