• What the hotel offers
  At the beginning of the 1960s Paoli Wieser and Hilda Pizzinini, decided to build their own hotel naming it "Ciasa Salares". Values such as home-like felling, hospitality and familiarity are closely linked to the territory. Salares comes from the word "salt" and refers to the salt containers which were given to animals. Last spring our “Ciasa”, (home), underwent massive refurbishment works, yet upon examination, lots of guests asked whether anything had really been done! The whole project was conceived as a kind of exclusive one, in line with what already existed and grounded in high quality. This complies with your, our guest’s, wishes of comfort and genuineness. No ostensive display of luxury, yet pure hospitality and sincere warmth. We're waiting for you!
• Location
  Hotel Ciasa Salares is surrounded by green pastures and the wonderful woods of Fanes Park, which, on June 26th 2009 has been declared as world natural heritage. It can be reached from Val Badia, passing through San Cassiano towards Val Parola, or also from Cortina towards Falzarego Pass, and is set amongst the wonderful peaks of Conturines and Lavarella. Val Badia, is located in the hearth of Dolomites. It is the land of "Ladins", an ethnic minority of rhaetic origins which have maintained it's own language, identity and culture.
• Accommodation
  A STYLE THAT ALWAYS WARMS YOUR HEART At all times, you feel at ease with every element in the house, natural materials whose main feature is the gradual transformation and excellent maintenance over years. Wooden planks and furniture have been selected carefully – fir, larch and cirmolo tree, with no artificial treatment – it would be unnecessary as they are top level products of this land. Tissues, carpets and paintings perfectly recall harmonic boiseries. The superb landscape that surrounds this chalet seems to break through the big windows, acting as a natural picture. Both conception and realization of furniture have been handled by exclusive; architects and local craftsmen who have continually interacted with Family Wieser. Box springs, mattresses, and pillows have been carefully selected in order to guarantee you a restful night’s sleep. Partly modern, mixed and mingled with colours and “hand made” spots, all comes together in a style that warms your heart.
• Food and Drink
  Restaurant La Terrazza - Blessed with delicate sun-beams and a breathtaking view of the most beautiful mountains of the world (Dolomites UNESCO Heritage site since June 2009), this is where our guests can enjoy their lunch or have a break. A sensation of utter warmth and wellbeing will accompany you and your companions on your dining journey. Wine Bar Siriola - This informal wine bar still shines at every hour. Its casual and versatile context allows for a variety of guests. From aperitif with “cicchetti” to dinner with great selections of cheese and cold cuts, you glide right into an appealing “post” dinner where chocolates and liquors cradle your tastebuds. Restaurant La Siriola - Partly renovated, with quick and careful service, a definitely personal wines list, everything goes along with nature and authenticity. Last but not least, the cuisine has headed towards new shores. Textures in particular represent the hallmark of this new twist. Tradition will feature most courses especially with regards to game and pastry, Fabio Cucchelli, our Executive Chef's great passion.
• Leisure
  It has been created a track of many colors that drives to the SPA; red imperial cimbro, green bluish Etruria, yellow chrome and yellow of Naples. The paintings are been performed by the local artist Helmut Pizzinini with pure pigments and with restauration technique. The sculptures of the center relax are in steel inox reproduced by a free hand sketch. The furnished complements have been realized on exclusive sketch by native artisan hands. This wrap conceived by Wilma Wieser by the architect Francesca Arra and by Helmut Pizzinini must predispose the client to the relax and the comfort of the treatments. For the baths in the cirmolo tube, for the massages and for the cosmetic treatments are used exclusively natural products. The nature of South Tyrol will guarantee your prosperous state of health. Covered swimming pool, shower and lawn solarium, sauna, turkish bath, infrared box, whirlpool, gym, zone relax, natural treatments.
