Receptionist were very friendly and attentive. Foreign language knowledge is good.
Room cleaning without any problemsnullNice and big, with kitchenette (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, etc.) With nice sitting area, a large balcony with a view of the sea. Nothing to moan about.The hotel seemed very well kept. At the end of october there were only very few guests there. Average age perhaps 50. nice couples, mainly from the uk.
Currently the hotel offers room only at.2 small pools, we didn't use. Activities at the time not.To the beach it is approximately 200 meters, shops nearby. You are right on the pedestrian area … read more

The hotel is in a clean and good condition. The staff very friendly and helpful.
In the bathroom is unfortunately no hair dryer available! SO BRING A HAIRDRYER!
We were in 9th floor and the view was dreamy nice. The only negative was the nightly hustle and bustle of the adjoining shopping area ( bars, Karaoke, slot machines, etc.). This goes to about 0:30 A. M. and for families
With a child not so ideal. For those, the however at night on the way is ideal, because the hotel in the middle of the action is.

We felt an apartment at the top and get one! Many thanks again, the was perfect! So we had a great view of the sea and from the commotion among us not that much at all notice, if we didn't want it. The apartment was very spacious and also the kitchen with all necessary furnished, for self catering. Particularly practical: direct opposite the hotel there was a relatively large supermarket, in every morning fresh Baguettes, fruit, eggs, and everything you needed apart from that got. A schnökelloses, solid apartment hotel without significant flaws. We stayed in the 8th floor and had a a nice view. Small tip on the edge: Frankys pizza, directly opposite from the hotel entrance, you should definitely try it! … read more

A nice, simple hotel in a central location. We had a room on the 9th floor and therefore great overall view of Cala Millor. We had no meals were booked.
