Very friendly, competent buchungsannahme email and then via telephone. It was, after a negative experience with another hotel- the decision for this hotel. Very pleasant dining, good location, attractive breakfast, always fresh apples to go when entering of the hotel, stay in the hotel was a very nice experience. … read more

For a city trip great...
Direct at the old port and exactly quick in the old town or in the center.
If we come again times to Wismar drive, would gladly come again in the New Orleans … read more

Front desk very attentive (it comes and helps always someone, if one kingelt).
Service for breakfast rather inattentive.
As you yourself, it does not fall on, except if you want a second Kane coffee want. Then you have already a Mitrbeiterin search.Good selection. Salmon, eggs, scrambled egg, Bacon, fruit, cheese, juices.
Rolls, Croissants and bread.
Unfortunately, not refilled, but it was possibly also, that not many guests in our day were there.

The rooms were three star standard but unfortunately no better. Windows in the room could not be tilted, but only open, so was a fresh air while during the day on the way was not possible. Staff was friendly and courteous. The quality of the breakfast buffets was unfortunately not steady. four times it was good and absolutely OK and there was a bit borderline. Several large bowls pieces in the scrambled eggs, forever to food and drinks refilled when empty, not baked Croissantes made for a rather dismal atmosphere at the breakfast table.

Yes okay, it was a little mixed. Perhaps in advance: for a city trip it was sufficient. Getting to the hotel is not easy and without a Navi but rather a problem.
