We met the whole time only the Pensionswirtin know. She was friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Room cleaning was okay. Breakfast only was offered, but this was the best we had in the Azores. There was fresh fruit - apples or melons - which we never had. In addition to the usual stuff yogurt and cakes. The rooms were big enough with a balcony and a gorgeous view of Furnas. Bathroom is also ok and clean. The inn is located a little out of the way, the mountain.
