Staff knows in the area not good (knows no post or call wrong opening hours) Sloppy preparation the room (no towels), after two mailgem questions, we got towels rather were used and no apology from the staff. If you after soap ask, you stupid askance but get two small bits. Generally the staff is rude and a bit lustered. Luggage can't be left.Hot breakfast and cereal and canned fruit at the buffet. You little importance to hygiene (calcified machines, dirty cutlery and sticky milk jug). The packaged things (cereal & yogurt) you can eat, on the rest we didn't dare.Size for 2 ok. Dirty walls, no … read more

Friendly staff, unfortunately sometimes because of the poor english hard to understand. Room cleaning okay. Unfortunately no possibility to store the suitcase given.Typical breakfast in the small but very newly decorated breakfast room. Cleanliness is ok given.Functional rooms, the new look. Air conditioning, tv and kettle with tea and coffee pack available. Bathroom was clean.Clean and simply furnished rooms. Good connection to the station Tower Hill, the quarter with cafes, bars, restaurants and small coray cal. Breakfast is simple, but completely fine to strengthen in the day. A bit noisy due to the constantly transited trains, whose density at night only … read more

As already above mentioned the staff were in any case very friendly and helpful. We were for example an adapter for the socket free of charge made available, since we us the wrong had procured. We had the breakfast for everyone and were positively surprised. It was both the 'typical English' breakfast with sausage, bacon and egg, as well as somewhat 'lighter' for example jams, nutella and similar.Very clean room, the size was ok that we not often there. Tv was free of charge. The bathroom was very clean which fell us personally very important!Nice and clean room, for a city trip more than … read more

Reasonable and cheap hotel nearby the London city center. Large and clean rooms with good equipped bathroom. Modern furniture. The hotel is unfortunately in a case creepy lateral road, thus it is not so easy to find. The traffic connections and location but are perfect for a city break. … read more
