The staff was very friendly. we welcomed very nicely, someone brought us to our room. we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a bigger room even. everytime we went by the reception, we were greeted. they also told us about the Tel aviv bus system and interesting things to go to.
the first 2 days the AC was broke but the staff came in a couple of times to get it fixed so by the 3rd day it was up and running again.we had a small basic apartment with everything you need. small kitchenette. bathroom was very modern.
