the cleanliness of the hotel was second to none ,the staff were all brilliant ,from cleaners to management,the service in the bars and eating areas was exceptional,although we went on all inclusive and adult only we will go back with our grandchildren in future as there is plenty of things for them to do throughout the day and early evening,the range of ages was from new born babies to people in their eighties read hotel review

    the staff are as friendly as you can get and are always ready to serve and help,the cleaner for our room used to tie my wifes nightie in a bow and place it on the bed(a really nice touch) all the waiters and waitresses seemed to remember your nationality and greeted you in your language there is a doctor on site for a few hours in the morning if needed,and an office in reception for any complaints (not that it is needed)i can,t thank the staff enough for our stay,

    the two restaurants at the hotel are self service but certain dishes are cooked in front of you at request .the types of food is worldwide and of excellent quality and quantity the drinks are free flowing and waiters and waitresses will bring wine and beers etc to your table when you finish each course your plates are taken away to make room for the next course,s,we used to tip the waiters and waitresses on a regular basis and i think the tips are shared between all the staff ,we were all inclusive so didnt have to pay for drinks etc but if you wanted to upgrade to champers and other top drinks the prices were reasonable we could have gone al a carte but were happy with the food at the self service areas there is always something for everyone and plenty of it

    the beach is about 150 yards from the hotel via a steep stepped path,you can walk up the beach to jandia town where there is a shopping centre with loads of shops of all descriptions and various eating places and bars (it took us about an hour to walk there but stopped several time to feed the chipmunks that live in the rocks )the only downside is the hotel is about 1 and half hours from the airport but the coach trip was good with air con ,and the holiday rep(anne from thompsons told us a lot about the islandon the way )

    there are several pools at the hotel two of which are adult only (if you want to get away from the little ones)there is also a naturist area that is in a well covered area to hide any embaressment the entertainment in the evenings was varied and in several areas of the hotel there is an area in reception for internet access

    the size of our room was good with a shower and bath toilet and wash basin ,a tv was in the room and radio (not we got time to use it)there was an outside area with table and chairs,and a table and chair and settee in our room ,air con telephone and fridge in all rooms bottled water is left in the rooms daily if required,and the maid service is really good

Good value for money; varied food choice with Italian restaurant option, good sized and clean room, (lacking tea/coffee making facilities), supportive and helpful staff, good acess to well equipped spa, reasonable entertainment, available sun lounges alongside well designed pool area and close to Morro Jable's amenities. Excessive charge for safe, three euros per day, good but again high cost of internet acess, 7 euros per day. Steep climb back from brilliant beach, free bus with limited times, this needs to be made more explicit on hotel brochure. read hotel review
