I listened with much and am on the whole positively surprised. The room was OK! The bathroom had its flaws, but honestly? How much time do you spend in the room? - the hotel is very central, one is not rely on the evenings to spend in the hotel. At night it was not a problem a walk by Varadero to enjoy. 1) nice looking hotel but very small rooms and smelling dirty bathrooms even a room change brought no improvement, all bathrooms lack ventilators. obviously a russian built hotel. nice spanish outside architecture, but 350 rooms and all the same size ( very small). they sold us this room for 2 adult and 2 children and we paid for 4 people and got an ordinary small double room the hotel director was very friendly and said i shall change hotel he has only small rooms. 2) never ever again all inclusive service at the bar happens with sincere, unfriendly, stoned faces ..., slowly, and arrogantly oinly a tip brings a ( short ) smile and ( very little) speed obviously this is willingly their habit, to force guests to give tips. allways something is not available ( for example white wine) and the red wine is rotten and undrinkable what can you do, all is already paid.? a complaint is useless and leads to no service at all you wait at the bar, and they dont see you if they do not want to see you ( they only see the tip guest) and if served you feel bad because they let you feel, that actually they do not want to work, they are foreced to. it is most annoying is to see the the fed up sincere faces of the service personnel at the bars in your holidays. of course there are exeptions, but if you do not tip after a while you become invisible, and get no table in the restaurant as there is always more guests than tables. staff is reserving some of these tables with their private stuff ( sunglasses) and when the tip guest comes, voila tehre is a free table for him, but not for everybody. this is capitalist socialism ? however, next time i want to pay for every drink and food, this guarantees fast and friendly service, and what dey dont have i must not pay. 3) absolutely first class the evening shows the dancers, about 10 girls and young men could easily perform on any stage clearly way above hotel niveau conclusion: never again all inclusive and never again quatros palmas read hotel review

Moldy room, damp, the walls were black with mildew, luckily only 1 night there. Hotel loves the busloads rather than individuals. read hotel review

This hotel has one of the most beautiful beaches, in addition, very friendly and helpful staff the rooms in the main building are totally ok. The food was except for the dinner was good, in the evening there could have been a little bit of quality support throughout the but very good. Drinks are ok, one should only the plastic cups abolished, but that is rather a general problem Varadero and the rest of the world save our ocean! I love this hotel, because it wasn't as ticks as all other bunker. read hotel review

Typical cuban hotel, colorful and flatly buillt. Our room was sufficient for cuban standard. It was clean, though simply furnished. We drive already Many years here and our expectations the country adjusted. There are many nationalities, the visit this hotel and the age was from 2a 80 years. read hotel review

    There are 3 restaurants and a buffet or large dining room. A lobby bar and a Cuba bar is available. The latter is very recommendable, small and quiet. The gentlemen who work there are very nice and make decent drinks. The cleanliness and hygiene of the abovementioned are typically cuban, sometimes great and sometimes not so! The kitchen offers many different, not always typical country dishes. Unfortunately! We eat gladly cuban cuisine and In the course of the time estimate learned. Rice with black beans or cuban cakes. Surprisingly, although i otherwise nothing for sweet desired have! Tips were always gladly seen, but not a must. We are only irregular tip.

    The room cleaniness was great. The maids were nice and grateful for a few nice words or a small souvenirs. The staff, at the bar or restaurant or at the reception are friendly and excluded, except for a few exceptions. Complaints were taken seriously and also taken care of. Thanks to the german gf can You always with its concerns and problems. The right demeanor but provided. A little bit spanish, however, can never harm!     We are known beach lovers. The beach and especially the ocean was unique. The pool chairs had already seen better days, but the german made the best of it. The deckchairs by the pool are 2013 renovated and therefore very. Umbrellas were available, at the beach could be new ceilings. Yes, but it is the in Cuba, only once siesta. As i said, we are to the 5'. Times here and you get used to much, because we make here only vacation and do not live here. Ergo: mainly the sun shines, the sea is bath temperature and the rum tasted!

    The rooms are fine for us. Tv, closets, bed and balcony were available. We are so or so the whole day there and need only bed and shower. This is by the way also present, although very basic and typically cuban. The size of the bathroom was in order and the cleanliness. I take precaution with and already is for me the world in order.

    From the airport Varadero is highly recommended. Only half an hour away by bus. The beach is right in front of the door of the hotel and is an absolute dream! Over and over again! You can directly from the hotel shopping and places to eat. Perfect location! Buses and taxis always available. The nightlife you just had to take part, of course, on the streets of Varadero.
