Friendly, express staff in the buffet restaurant Front desk speaks spanish, English, Russian, some German Always clean towels 1 time the week only wet mopped (also explains the dirty tiles...) Said on 2. the dirty condition with the travel guide complained. From the hotel I got but no response. I was already to 6. In Spain, Costa Brava. I'm of the opinion that this hotel is really the worst what in Spain returns. With 3 stars can they definitely not with all best Lesitungsqualität be expected, but that it be so bad can offers definitely not. The food in the basement, exactly basement, because the cafeteria there was simply terrible. Thank god we have the all inclusive not booked, otherwise I would have that definitely omitted. We were with a football team had already here and fears. We could gladly use positive experience.HCLFHLThe rooms and especially the bathrooms are getting old, but reasonably kept clean.HCLFHLBetter than expected the food was, it gave to each day fresh salads and a large selection of main courses. Meal is very very bad!!! (Tomatoes partly black, plates and cutlery dirty, absolutely no quality). Had rented half-board, are however instead of these \ “ate gone \” to eat rather into a restaurant. Rooms very small, only to sleep suitably, whereby the beds were very hard and one already noticed the feather/spring. Actually this is only postable for groups of young people also the money took into account over in the morning to go eating at noon and in the evening elsewhere. Is very central about 2 discotheques. The size of the rooms are for two persons of ok, however with us simply more beds into the same rooms were placed, so that they were too small with four persons. Cleanliness it lacks strongly. “Freshness” of towels had marks, which became soil only briefly wiped, beds became made however not again referred. The sheets had likewise marks. Also the bathroom was very smudgy and dirty with our arrival. This changed also the week no longer although allegedly each day is made clean. At the balcony balustrade many hair stuck. Location
This popular hotel, lies by the promenade of Santa Susana, directly beside the sea and only 50 m from the long and coarse-grained sandy beach. Restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues as well as nightclubs are all located in the neighbourhood. Pineda de Mar and Malgrat de Mar are the neighbouring towns.
Facilities
The hotel was built in 1987, renovated in 2002 and consists of 5 floors, with 20 singles and 155 double rooms. Guests are offered use of a lobby with a reception (open from 8am-11pm), a TV room, a lift, a bar, a café and an air-conditioned restaurant. Room service is also available.
Rooms
The bright rooms are equipped with en suite bathroom facilities, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, central heating, air conditioning and a hire safe. The rooms also include either a terrace or a balcony with a direct/side view of the sea.
Sports/Entertainment
Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool with a paddling pool, snack bar, the sun loungers and the parasols. The superb entertainment programme rounds off the hotel's offerings.
