Staff are friendly, room always well cleaned, waiter spoke German well, and the head waiter, as anthony hopkins appears brilliant!Food was good with a lot of choice, large starters buffet. If you Italian food ordered, you can almost nothing wrong.
Great was, the beverages for the food included were.
Downside for breakfast: I am grünteetrinker, there unfortunately not.Unfortunately were the rooms already a bit shabby. So for example was the laminate flooring bad moved, with centimeters major joints. The wallpaper was a strip the same wallpaper repaired (but again replaced ), the mattresses a bit worn out and the bathroom with a … read more

The staff were always friendly - wether at the front desk, pool bar or restaurant. However especially we were inspired by our maid (3rd floor)-you could not a word of German, but you was perfect nice, the rooms were already always ready when we from the breakfast came back and everything was perfect clean. Fresh towels, beds made, cleaned, trash taken (bottles and so on) toilets and showers swept...!
Child care we didn't use and complaints we had no.We booked half board and the food really amazed, even the children had nothing to moan - there was always something for every … read more

We had for dinner drinks ( beer, wine, water, Fanta and Cola) included. At the 3. evening, there was no red wine and at the 5. evening there was no beer, Fanta and Cola. Apparently the CO2 ran out. There was no compensation and unfortunately not a 'excuse'. The staff's hospitality left sometimes much to be desired. We had a three -bed-room but only 2 chairs on the beach, but the single room 2 chairs. In the hotel they said they were fully booked and there were no possibility on a 3.
