At the front desk made the staff a rather bored impression. Cleaning of the rooms we cannot judge, the overall condition of, this however nothing special his.Food was average, it was however nothing completed, according to the motto, if away then away. The lady for breakfast for the pancakes was responsible, made a very bored impression. As a woman in front of me darker pancakes wish, took it easy with the fingers the pfannkuchern the plates and put it again to the hob.We had both a relatively large room, respectively on the first night a suite. We were as a part of a Morocco round trip 2 nights there. The first night was the bed dingy and was despite complaint not covered. In the bathroom was no hair dryer and also there was no shower gel. In the second night was at least a small soap available. The rooms to the street are very noisy. The food in the restaurant was in buffet form and the taste, the selection and to the eye very good. A really nice hotel and a really wonderful vacation. The rooms were well-kept, clean and nicely equipped. The staff was always friendly and could also help in the German language. A few phrases in French or English but not damage ☺ The only drawback in the rooms-only one plug socket in the room and only one in the bathroom. A hair dryer hair drying you should bring your own. Location
The hotel is just some 150 m from the golden sandy beach and around 350 m from the resort centre. Guests will find a bar and a restaurant within around 150 m and the main nightspots are about 250 m from the hotel.
Facilities
The hotel has been redecorated and refurbished in the most up to date, fashionable Moroccan style. It comprises a total of 139 rooms, of which 10 are junior suites and one is a suite. Guests are offered a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, a small cinema, a lounge with satellite TV, a gift shop, a hairdressing salon, currency exchange facilities, 2 bars, garage parking and a kids’ club (high season only) for the younger guests.
Rooms
The rooms are centrally air-conditioned and come with either twin beds or a double bed suitable for 2 adults. They are equipped with a bathroom with bath/ shower as well as satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, a fridge, a direct dial telephone and a small French balcony. A safe is available at reception (for an extra charge). The family plan applies to a child in his/her own room or a child sharing with 1 adult. Family and interconnecting rooms are available on request.
Sports/Entertainment
To help guest to relax and get in the holiday mood, there is a complimentary massage for all guests, in the luxurious wellness centre. This hotel specialises in surfing and golf training packages. There is an outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar and a terrace with free sun loungers and parasols as well as a sauna and a gym.
Meals
Guests may serve themselves in the buffet restaurant and there is a bar/ lounge with nightly entertainment. Guests may also enjoy a weekly traditional Moroccan dinner (minimum number required).
