They speak english ok, are not too friendly. Dont knew how to handle compaints.Hello, my family stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and I must say, this was by far the worse hotel ever stayed at. We had a night flight from Slovenia and come in a hotel at 2.00 at night. Came in the room, with no air condition and with three plates of food from dinner( from 19.00) at 30 degrese.
