The totem hotel is located just a few minutes outside Puerto Viejo de talamanca directly on a beautiful beach, playa Cocles. The place is the surfers main Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. Young guests, many pubs, bars restaurants etc., for evening entertainment is catered for. The hotel is located directly on the ocean, you only had to cross the narrow road and is right on the beach. the rooms are located in two-story bungalows individually. This hotel is located in Playa Cocles, just 1.5 km from Puerto Viejo.
Facilities
The 18-room hotel is a perfect place to relax, to enjoy the neighbouring beach and to experience typical Italian cuisine. The establishment has a distinctly laid back ambience. It has been elegantly designed, an impeccable wood motif providing the central theme, and has been decorated in bright colours.
Rooms
Each of the 12 standard rooms has a queen size bed made from bamboo, as well as a private bathroom, a telephone, a fan and air conditioning. Furthermore, the rooms offer quite fabulous views over the tropical garden. The hotel also features 6 large beachfront suites, with private pools and an incomparable view of the ocean.
Meals
The restaurant serves American and Italian style breakfasts from 8 am to 10 am. It is the perfect opportunity to try the hotel’s delicious cappuccino and taste the best Italian cuisine.
