The hotel was one of the best hotels in which we so far were. There was in any areas reason to the complaint! Also the versatility of the nationalities the in the hotel were, was very pleasant, the almost only couple were made atmosphere in the hotel very relaxed. Were very disappointed. From the dream vacation no trace. It was too loud, the entertainment. Many drunk guests. The beach is very nice, but there was no view of the sea, but look at just over the bay. The rooms are not especially large and also not clean. The hotel seems to be older. So the typical flair of Maritius dreams you here unfortunately in vain. From the employees even a smile you had to almost stand on one's head. There were only a few really friendly employees also with a conversation. The rest have a almost ignored.
The frontdesk employees are actually unacceptable. Every time if we for somewhat have complained about, was blamed for. As we then not more upset wanted, we just left.
Room cleaning was unfortunately also somewhat poorly. Our balcony was for example never wiped. And after 2 weeks, it was then already times of time.

We were 3 weeks in this hotel. We are every year a holiday traveller and have sufficient comparisons. Our final conclusion was: we had already for less money the same/more service! The 'dream beach' of the postcard we had at least not.
Clear-for young people, perhaps only on malle was, is the 'great holiday' but other, the several overseas travels to have, are critical, because one just has the comparison. Well-we have seen it once and you know, it doesn't have Maritius are, in order a nice holiday to have. Other countries have a super landscape, beaches and hotels.

Overall a good hotel and with all-inclusive is also the bar life bearable. With appropriate planning-tips-the supplies quickly and partly more than enough ( cocktail and rum without direct order). The tea or coffee for breakfast could also after the breakfast come. Green tea is not a specialty of the hotel and not always available.
