The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us with questions always helped us.The breakfast was sufficient. A proposal would be as warm food not only gek. Eggs and scrambled eggs to offer, but to change sausage, omelets etc.
The dinner consisted of 5 courses (salad buffet, soup, appetizer plate, main course, dessert). The salad buffet was every day right, as could be possibly somewhat vary. Friendly welcome, very good cuisine, large, clean and modern rooms.
Indoor pool: small pool - pool should a state be updated (lamps, nozzles and so on)
Very good turkish and ir-cabin, as well as sanarium ( aromakammer ).
Breakfast buffet: ok, everything available
Dinner: very good quality, improved is the salad buffet (everyday the same...)
Skiing : due to the location of the hotel (not next to the slope) is one on the bus reliant (every half hour 260 or 680 post bus) in 9 minutes to the postplatz /Zell am See drives (bus cost in ski lift weekcard schmittenhöhe and kaprun included) the postplatz … read more

For a short break this hotel is recommendable. The weather was too beautiful to indoor swimming pool and wellness area to use. The Hotelierpaar is very nice and helpful for questions and give tips to the environment.

Very good, no question. The staff were always very attentive, friendly and helpful, and since it is a family-run hotel acts, was the atmosphere clearly informal as in a large hotel with several hundred beds.We were already in several four star hotels in Austria, but if I as regards the quality of the dishes with the hotel badhaus comparison, then stands out the offer in the hotel badhaus clear out.

- What the hotel offersOur 4* hotel is a cosy family run business and offers 40 rooms on 3 floors, splitted in a standard and a comfort category.
- LocationThe hotel is located 2 km out of the town-centre, at the access road to Zell am See. The “Zeller See” (lake) is just 250m away from the hotel. To get into the city centre it takes about 20 minutes on foot along the nice lakeside promenade or 5 minutes by car/bus.
- AccommodationAll our rooms are equipped with shower or bath and WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, vanity mirror, cable-TV combinated with radio, telephone, safe, internet access and partly with balcony or terrace.
- Food and DrinkOur guests find also in our hotel an á la carte Restaurant with cosy hotel bar and garden terrasse and a dining hall where breakfast and half board dinner is served which is a non-smoking area. We indulge you within halfboard with our breakfast buffet with warm and cold dishes, a 4-course dinner with choice and daily salad buffet and special children’s menu or buffet evening. During winter season we also offer an Après-Ski-Snack in the afternoon from Sun - Fri, 04 - 05 pm (starting at Christmas week).
- LeisureFurthermore we offer a spa area (approx. 450m²) with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, Sanarium and infrared cabin. You also can enjoy the solarium, beauty treatments and massages in our spa area for surcharge.
- Other facilities and servicesFor our guests we offer an elevator, big parking place (also for busses) and children’s play room and play ground. In winter the public ski bus, which stops directly in front of the hotel, takes you to all ski lifts in town within 5 minutes. Ski-Rental and Ski-School also come to the hotel if necessary. So you can rent ski equipment and book skiing-lessons right away. As a "biker-friendly" hotel we have also some specials for bikers. We provide tips for bike tours in our surrounding, guided bike tours with our boss, reserved covered parking place for bikes (carport) and drying area for wet bike clothes. Also your dog is welcome in our hotel. We charge Euro 6,00 per day (without food) and your four-legged friend is also allowed to join you in the à la carte restaurant – only at the spa area and the breakfast restaurant your dog has to keep out.
