Our check-in was at 23:30 o'clock, it was the staff at the reception friendly, but also very fast with the service. We only had a trolley for everyone, it was therefore a page on the side. Questions responded the staff polite and friendly, without ramblings. The staff at the breakfast buffet was unfortunately not very attentive, our plates were to leave the table/room not cleared away. Coffee/tea you have to get them ourselves. For the return trip we have at the front desk ordered a taxi, what within a 3 minutes on the doorstep stood.Breakfast buffet was alright. My seven days in this' hotel ' I won't forget so quickly. Unfriendly Staff at the check-in, miserable to no foreign language skills (English). The cleanliness left to be desired in all respects. Mold in the bathtub, hair in the sink, stains on the carpet and blood stains on the blanket. If you are looking to sleep in this hotel, should have thick skin. Factors were: air conditioning (loud and adjustable) and bad soundproof Windows (airport is about 2 kilometer away) and very noisy neighbors. The environment resembles a huge construction site. Just one of the usual, anonymous, exchangeable hotels, who were everywhere in the world. front desk and the staff was businesslike. At the check-in is the credit card.
