  • Location

The location of the hotel i personally thought it was in order. From the airport the hotel in 10 minutes. I would advise everyone to take a taxi to the hotel, since the buses in Dublin always very fully and not very spacious. That is why a ride with suitcases and hand luggage the bus certainly not so pleasant. The price of about 2 4 €was for the really ok. With the bus one could for 2,40 Euro per distance to the city center. The bus stops are favorably directly in front of the hotel. The bus ride depending on traffic good 25 minutes. The distance amounts to well 8 miles. Right next to the hotel there is a big supermarket (comparable to Real), the 7 days 24 hour access. There you can get drinks and small stock up on snacks. It was very convenient. Directly next to the supermarket there is a post office, at the stamps for postcards can be purchased. Also a Burger King was on the Areal to find. About 500 meters from the hotel is the Tolka Valley park. This is very good for an evening stroll and is really nicely designed.

  • Service

The friendliness of the hotel personnel was always friendly and tried hard. On all questions we always received. With the staff you could also with basic english outstanding inform itself. This also applies for the staff at the hotel's restaurant/bar and in the morning the breakfast. The room cleaning took place daily. A child care, and a doctor could certain time also awaits.

  • Room

The rooms were for a 3 star hotel really very good and in terms of size more than adequate. The condition of the room was well maintained and very clean. The hotel room had a small table and a desk with a tv. The closet was a bit hard to get used to. In the upper compartment was a ersatzbettbezug and a blanket. Including was a rack, where 8. hangers hung. A counter for t-shirts and sweaters in vain. A kind of chair you could then glued a small number of garments set, the also in the closet was. For those, the 2. arrive (as it is now standard is, was the closet was much too small. An air conditioning system did not give it unfortunately. The windows could be opened, but only good 10 centimeter The led unfortunately, that it always very warm in the room. Airing was impossible. A mini-bar, there's also not, but a ice machine on every floor. I found this really very pleasant, as you so fast its drinks cool. The room had a kettle with various teas and coffees. These were fresh cups and glasses. What i found really nice, was the use glasses always changed. Missed something i have a safe, in which one its cash reserve certainly craves late.

  • Gastronomy

The hotel has an on-site restaurant with integrated bar. The quality of the dishes was excellent. The price-performance ratio was at any time correct. Also the cleanliness in the restaurant was, as in our room, with no problems. The kitchen style was mixed. Beside typical irish food but you could also a steak, chips and pasta on the menus find. The ambiance in the restaurant itself was very good. Through several boxes were the premises with soft music and 4 tv equipment were summaries and live events of sports broadcast. Meals were daily until 22 o'clock. After that you could only drinks. The breakfast was decent, but the poor selection of the buffets really bother us. You could choose between two types of breakfast decide: once the 'self service buffet' and the 'hot food'. In the self service buffet with a selection of two different toast, three different jams, different fruits, cereals and only one (!) Bread coating. Besides that, there was daily fresh small butter and chocolate croissants. The hot food could you different dishes from the menu (fried eggs, sausages, beans, bacon, etc.). For a price of 8,50 Euro (buffet) or 9,50 Euro (hot food), i thought the breakfast was rather overpriced. However because we had breakfast inclusive, we also used that of course. You could eat breakfast open until 10 pm and on weekends until 11 pm.

  • Sport & Leisure

A leisure facilities in the hotel not at all. If you sport wants, one can in the nearby Tolka Valley park jog. For other entertainment (Bowling, disco, etc.) You need a piece of go with the bus. A little maintenance, the live music in the restaurant on the weekends. With a glass of Guinness you can enjoy the evening drink.
