When we our room changed, we realized, that the balcony door not lockable was (the castle was definitely since longer broken). The complaint led, that the 'maid service' (quotation) sent, the confirmed. That was it. On further demand has been proposed, the shutter to close (but everything, not tamper-proof was). Then we asked for a safe for our valuables. It was in the office - there you between all possible documents and gästenpapieren and could have read, what you wanted. Location
This attractive hotel is quietly located, overlooking two bathing bays. Playa de Arco centre is just a few minutes walk (or 800 m), with its many shopping and entertainment venues. A link to the public transport network is to be found just 100 m from the hotel.
Facilities
The fully air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 57 floors spread over 3 floors. Guests are offered a pretty garden and may make use of the foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, hire safe, lounge, bar and à la carte restaurant. In addition, an in-house laundry service is also available. Guests arriving by car may make use of parking facilities offered here.

The tasteful rooms come with a bathroom, a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, air conditioning, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
