I was already in november 2011 in this hotel and was so satisfied, i each would recommend and me in november 2012 again for a 1-week beach holiday in this hotel decided. Check-in has worked smoothly. We quickly our rooms and everyone was very friendly. At the front desk one comes well with german and english. The zimmerreining was completely okay. The bellboy was quick and unobtrusive. It is not always there and wanted a tip.
If you want a bit difficult, the sellers were the skirt and a thousand things wish to sell. Our roomboy was always friendly and anxious our room in perfect clean state to hold. No small crumbs to find. We were really satisfied. From time to time a small, well-deserved attention to the pillows didn't hurt us and was the roomboy very. Very different. With regular tip okay otherwise rather inattentive.Also very different. Tastes are difficult to assess. Always well taken care of! (thanks for the lovely vacation:-) )
Many employees could speak german and if not but you could very good with them speak english.
Child care, there was of the (great) entertainment! Kids club, a children's pool...There were 5 restaurants. (german, mexican, chinese, mediterranean, oriental) there is something for everyone!
For children there were in every restaurant a children's corner (small buffet, where the children also to come)
The chefs every evening fresh foods.
